At the end of its turn, it grows two heads for each of its heads that died since its last turn, unless it has taken fire damage since its last turn. The Arcut regains 30 hit points for each head regrown in this way.

Description
The Arcut is a amphibiansis horror with a salamander like body and multiple heads on long, serpentine necks. Although its heads can be severed, the Arcut magically regrows them in short order along with one other head, you cannot kill it by cutting all of it's heads off a the same time it will just regrow twice as many.
