Shapechanger: The mimic can use its action to Polymorph into an object or back into its true, amorphous form. its Statistics are the same in each form. Any Equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.
Adhesive: (Object Form Only): The mimic adheres to anything that touches it. A Huge or smaller creature adhered to the mimic is also grappled by it (escape DC 18). Ability Checks made to escape this grapple have disadvantage. -False Appearance (Object Form Only): While the mimic remains motionless, it is indistinguishable from an ordinary object.

Regeneration: The mimic regains 30 hit points at the start of its turn. If the mimic takes cold or fire damage, this trait doesn't function at the start of the troll's next turn. The troll dies only if it starts its turn with 0 hit points and doesn't regenerate.
Multi Attack: The mimic can use its Acid breath if it can. It then makes fore attacks: two with its bite and two with its tongue.
Bite: Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (3d8 + 3) piercing damage plus 12 (3d8) Acid damage.
Tongue: Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (3d6+10) the target is grappled. Escape DC 18. The mimic has four tongues and can grapple max 4 people
Swallow: If smaller than Large and is grappled, the mimic can swallow the creature and it takes 36 (6D12) Acid Damage at the start of each the targets turn, and the creature is blind and restrained. If mimic takes 50 damage in one turn, it throws up anything in its stomach.
Leg Attack: Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (3d8 + 3) piercing damage.
mimic breath: (Recharge 6). The Mimic spits out 2d6 mimic in an unoccupied space within 30ft of it, if there isn't any free space for one or more mimic they will get spit out next time there is
Harden Armor: Once a round when the Mimic is hit by an attack it can increase its AC by +5
