Shadow Step. The Shadow Goblin, when in dim light or darkness, as a bonus action can teleport up to 60 feet to an unoccupied space you can see that is also in dim light or darkness. The Shadow Goblin then has advantage on the first melee attack it makes before the end of the turn.
Sunlight Sensitivity. The Shadow Goblin has disadvantage on attacks, skill, and ability checks that rely on sight
Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) slashing damage.
Description
Goblins are small, black-hearted humanoids that lair in despoiled dungeons and other dismal settings. Individually weak, they gather in large numbers to torment other creatures. The Shadow Goblins are the result of tribes of goblins residing over generations in the darker parts of the Feywilds, Feydark, and possibly even the Shadowfell. This has turned them into a dark and twist fey like goblin, having grown claws sharp and lengthy enough to use as weapons, and made them masters of hit and run tactics, ambushes, sneak attacks, and such especially in the dark. They await their god, Maglubiyet, and his orders to attack and launch a war front on the fey and their "gods". Some Shadow Goblins are known to work with the Unseelie court, but only so long as they are being threatened and supervised by someone stronger than them, otherwise running away to watch their former allies be slaughtered, amusing their rather dark twisted sense of humor they have developed through time amongst the fey and the influences it has had on their typical culture as goblinoids.
