Antimagic Susceptibility. The sword is incapacitated while in the area of an antimagic field. If targeted by dispel magic, the sword must succeed on a Constitution saving throw against the caster's spell save DC or fall unconscious for 1 minute.
False Appearance. While the sword remains motionless and isn't flying, it is indistinguishable from a normal sword.
Legendary Resistance (2/Day). If Anglachel fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead.
Longsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1d12 + 10 slashing damage plus an additional 2d4 fire damage.
Rain of Fire: Twice per day, Anglachel can fire a volley of fire from it. This volley of fire can hit up to 3 targets within a 60 ft radius. +8 to hit. Hit target takes 3d8 fire damage.
Hellish Rebuke: Four times per day a creature that damaged Anglachel is momentarily surrounded by hellish flames. The creature must make a Dexterity saving throw. It takes 3d10 fire damage on a failed save (DC 14), or half as much damage on a successful one.
Anglachel can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Anglachel regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Chromatic Resistance: Anglachel gains resistance to one damage type of his choice — acid, cold, fire, lightning, poison, or thunder — until the start of his next turn.
Brimstone Step: Anglachel cast Misty Step on itself. If it does this it regains 1d8+5 hit points.
Consume Magic (Costs 2 Actions). Anglachel targets a creature within 120 feet of her who is concentrating on a spell. The target must succeed on a DC 20 Constitution saving throw or its concentration is broken on the spell, and Anglachel gains 5 temporary hit points per level of that spell.

It is described as being forged from the "iron that fell from heaven as a flaming star" or a meteorite. According to Meilan, Eöl's malice was left in the sword.
