Innate Spellcasting. Batibat's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 14, +6 to hit with spell attacks). She can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
At will: detect magic, magic missile
2/day each: plane shift (self only), ray of enfeeblement, sleep
Claws.(Hag Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d8 + 4) slashing damage.
Change Shape. Batibat magically polymorphs into a Small or Medium female humanoid, or back into her true form. Her statistics are the same in each form. Any equipment she is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. She reverts to her true form if she dies.
Etherealness. Batibat magically enters the Ethereal Plane from the Material Plane, or vice versa.
Nightmare Haunting (3/Day). While on the Ethereal Plane, Batibat magically touches a sleeping humanoid on the Material Plane. A protection from evil and good spell cast on the target prevents this contact, as does a magic circle. As long as the contact persists, the target has dreadful visions. From there Batibat is able to transport the target to a hidden location within her lair.
Batibat is able to make legendary actions at the end of her enemies turn. She has 3 legendary action points which reset at the start of her turn. Her legendary action options are:
Etherealness (1 point)
Nightmare Haunting (2 points)
Nightmare Manipulation (2 points)
Lair and Lair Actions
Nightmare Manipulation (3/day): When a target is transported to a portion of Batibat's lair she is able to manipulate their mind and torture them via their dreams. This ability must coincide with a target being put to sleep and having the Nightmare Haunting ability used on them. The target is held in a forced nightmare for up to 10 minutes and is able to make a Wisdom saving throw on their turn in the initiative order.
