Always Asleep. Since Abra is always asleep it can't be incapacitated by being asleep and magic can't put it to sleep.
Always Aware. Abra can't be surprised.
Innate Spellcasting. The Abra's innate spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 14). The Abra can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
At will: Misty Step (Can teleport trainer with it)
3/day each: Dimension Door (self and trainer only)
1/day each: Teleport (Self and trainer only)
Teleport. Abra teleports up to 60ft. to a unoccupied space.
Psychic Slam. Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 30 ft., 1 target. Hit: (1d6 + 2) Psychic damage.
Quick get away. As a reaction when Abra is hit it can travel to the Ethereal plain. On Abra's turn it can shift to the material plain as a action.
