Bong

Keen Smell. The creature has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.

Innate Spellcasting. Bong's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma. It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

2/day: dream

1/day:modify memory

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1d8 slashing damage.

Horn Charge. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft ., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 4) piercing damage. On a critical, the target becomes prone.

Sleep Powder.  Bong produces a fine, powder-like substance from its trunk and spreads in a 5ft radius. The target must succeed on a DC 18 wisdom saving throw or become incapacitated for 1 minute. The effect ends if you take damage or someone uses an action to shake or slap you awake. Undead and creatures immune to being charmed aren't affected by this potion.

Dream Eating. Bong can feed upon the dreams of any sleeping creature within 50 feet. A creature can resist the effect with a DC 18 wisdom saving throw. When Bong feeds in this way, it can choose to consume only nightmares or all dreams. If Bong feeds on nightmares, the creature will gain inspiration and receive 1d6 temporary hit points upon waking. If Bong instead feeds on all of the creature’s dreams, that creature gains 2 levels in exhaustion upon waking and does not gain any benefits that it would have received from sleep, such as hit dice or regaining spell slots. The creature must also make a DC 12 wisdom saving throw or have their hopes and desires devoured.
