Amanozako,She Who Opposes Everything in Heaven(天逆毎 あまのざこ)

Legendary Resistance. If Amanozako fails a saving throw,she can choose to succeed instead.

Spellcasting. Amanozako can cast whatever spell she wants,whenever she wants,requiring no components. 

Change Shape.Being a goddess,Amaonozako can use an action to transform into any living thing she wants to,as a bonus action.

Angry Smack. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit:  24(3d6 + 8) Bludgeoning plus 12(2d6) Psychic damage. 

Wrathful Storm(recharge 5-6). Amanozako explodes in a raging fury,visible as red energy whirling around her and beams of red-white energy raining down from the sky.any creatures of her choice with 30 ft. take (4d6) damage of 2 types of her choice,divided in her choice.(i.e,1d6 lightning,3d6 psychic)

Summon Tengu. Amanozako summons 1d6 Tengu(Use the Aarakocra stat block,except Neutral Evil alignment,and Fiend instead of humanoid)under her control.

Bolt of Divine Wrath.Ranged Spell Attack:Range 120/240 ft.,+4 to hit,14(2d6+4)Psychic damage plus (1d6) damage of her choice.

Tantrum Burst. When hit by an attack,Amanozako can use her reaction to release a minor burst of force,pushing back(by 5 ft.) and dealing 1d6 Force damage to melee attackers,and with ranged attacks,she takes no damage and instead deflects the shot back at the attacker.

Amanozako has a pool of 3 legendary actions,which she can use in place of normal actions.

Summon Servants (Costs 1 Action). Amanozako uses her Summon Tengu Action.

Divine Wrath(Costs 2 Actions).Amanozako uses her Wrathful Storm action,dealing max damage.

Divine Punishment(Cost 2 Action).Amanozako turns one creature that has 0 hit points,dead or not,into a Tengu under her control.
