Traits

Frenzied. Whenever the Stitched starts its turn with points less than half of its maximum hit points, roll a d8. On a 7-8, the Stitched becomes frenzied. On each of its turns while in a frenzy, the Stitched attacks the nearest creature it can see. If no creature is near enough to move to and attack, the Stitched attacks an object, preferring objects smaller than itself. Once the Stitched becomes frenzied, it continues to do so until it is dies or regains all its hit points. If Stitched's creator is within 60 feet of the frenzied Stitched, he or she can try to calm it by speaking firmly and persuasively. The Stitched must be able to hear its creator, who must take an action to make a DC 14 Charisma (Persuasion) check. On a success, the Stitched calms down. If it takes damage while still at less than half of its maximum hit points, the Stitched might become frenzied again.

Fear of Fire. Most Stitched is deathly terrified of fire. At the start of its turn, if the Stitched has seen flame or taken fire damage, it must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened of the fire's source. It can repeat this saving throw at the end of each of its turns. If the Stitched succeeds on this saving throw then it becomes permanently immune to this feature. 

Might of the Master. The following numbers increase by 1 when your proficiency bonus increases by 1: the Stitched's skill and saving throw bonuses (above), the bonuses to hit and damage on the Stitched's slam attack (below), and the Stitched's base Strength score (above). 

Actions

Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 9 (2d6 + 3) bludgeoning damage. 

 Throttle. This action can only be used against a creature that is grappled by the Stitched. The Stitched may use one bonus action to deal 3d8 bludgeoning damage to the grappled target. 

Reactions

Vengeful Loyalty. If a hostile creature within 5 feet of the Stitched makes a successful melee attack against any ally also within 5 feet of that creature that isn't the Stitched, the Stitched may use a reaction to make one slam attack against that creature with advantage. 

Description

The Stitched's maximum hit point total is equal to its Constitution modifier + your Intelligence modifier + five times your Artificer level.
