Wizard State: Once per day when you finish a short rest, you can choose expended spell slots to recover - up to a combined level of 10.
School of Pink Floyd Laser Show: The gold and time you must spend to copy a spell into your spellbook is halved.
Sculpt Spells: When you cast a spell that affects other creatures that you can see, you can choose a number of them equal to 1 + the spell’s level. The chosen creatures automatically succeed on their saving throws against the spell, and they take no damage if they would normally take half damage on a successful save.
 
Potent Cantrip: When a creature succeeds on a saving throw against your cantrip, the creature takes half the cantrip’s damage (if any) but suffers no additional effect from the cantrip.
Empowered Magic: You can add your INT modifier (+10) to one damage roll of any wizard evocation spell you cast.
Spell Mastery: You can cast a homebrew spell without expending a spell slot. If you want to cast at a higher level, you must expend a spell slot as normal.
Telekinetic: You can cast the mage hand cantrip, without verbal or somatic components, and you can make the spectral hand invisible. As a bonus action, you can shove one creature you can see within 5 feet of the spectral hand created by your mage hand spell 5 feet away from you unless it succeeds on a STR saving throw (DC:24).
Telepathic: You can communicate telepathically with any creature you can see within 30 feet of you. If it understands at least one language, it can respond to you telepathically.

Description

Usidore, Wizard of the 12th realm of Ephysiyies, Master of Light and Shadow, Manipulator of Magical Delights, Devourer of Chaos, Champion of the Great Halls of Terr'akkas. The elves know him as Fi’ang Yalok. The dwarfs know him as Zoenen Hoogstandjes. And is also known in the Northeast as Gaismunēnas Meistar. Many of his secret names supposedly have great power. Usidore doesn't have a good relationship with the Centaurs; they have not even given him a name.

He was born from a conspiracy of wind, fire, earth, and birds (and lightning and some frogs) to save Foooon from the Dark Lord. He coalesced in the woods outside the village of Milkenit. He spent three years wandering the wilds naked, learning of nature and trying to speak though he knew no languages.

As a blue wizard, he wears blue robes. Often his clothing, hat and upper body are described as 'covered in bird excrement'. He carries an eyepatch around with him just in case. Usidore keeps a bottle on his belt, but it's usually empty. Usidore came into the world fully formed in an adult body roughly three centuries ago, though some aspect of him existed previously as an "angelic being" in the Realms of Ephysiyies. He is 310, though he himself has subjectively experienced 360 years of life since he also spent 50 years living the life of a simple blacksmith in a pocket dimension.
