Blister Ginkobean the Burn-cursed

Pyromaniac Immersion. If an attack would have reduced Blister to 0 HP she instead revives with the amount of damage past 0 HP that the attack would have dealt. All creatures who see the brilliant resurrection are blinded for 2 turns on a failed DC 14 WIS save and regardless take 1d8 radiant damage. All of the Burn-cursed spell slots are replenished.

Spellcasting. The Burn-cursed is a 5th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is [Intelligence] (spell save DC 16, + 8 to hit with spell attacks). The Burn-cursed has the following fire flavored spells prepared:

Cantrips (at will): Fire Bolt, Sacred Flame, Mind Sliver, Control Flames

1st level (4 slots): Absorb Elements, Burning Hands, Color Spray, DIsguise Self, False Life

2nd level (3 slots): Aganazzar's Scorcher, Flaming Sphere, Invisibility, Moonbeam, 

3rd level (2 slots): Fireball, Lightning Bolt

Blister's Everhot Poker. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., 1 target. Hit:  (2d10+ 4d6) [piercing, fire] damage. 

Stinging Alchemist's Fire. RangedWeapon Attack:  DEX DC 15 to hit, range 30/60 ft.,  20 ft sphere. Hit:  (2d8 + 3d4) [force, fire] damage. 2 uses/combat
