False Appearance. While the weeping angel is motionless, it is indistinguishable from an ordinary statue.
Eye Strain. When a creature can see the weeping angel or a reflection of it at the start of the weeping angel’s turn, it must make a DC 17 Constitution saving throw or blink, causing it to be blinded until the end of the current turn. Unless surprised, a creature can avert its eyes to avoid the saving throw. If the creature does so, it can't see the weeping angel until the start of the weeping angel’s next turn, when it can avert its eyes again. If the creature looks at the weeping angel in the meantime, it must immediately make the save.
Immutable Form. The weeping angel is immune to any spell or effect that would alter its form.
Innate Spellcasting (3/day). The weeping angel can cast darkness without material components.
Magic Resistance. The weeping angel has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Magic Weapons. The weeping angel’s weapon attacks are magical.
Psychic Absorption. Whenever the weeping angel is subjected to psychic damage, it takes no damage and instead regains a number of hit points equal to the psychic damage dealt.
Stasis. While a creature can see the weeping angel, the weeping angel is incapacitated, has a move speed of 0. If a weeping angel is reduced to 0 hit points while in stasis, it reforms after 24 hours unless it is reduced to 0 hit points by an adamantine weapon or a wish spell is cast to prevent its regeneration.
Strangle. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (3d8 + 6) bludgeoning damage and the target is grappled (escape DC 16) if it is medium or smaller. While grappled in this way, the target is also restrained and the weeping angel can’t strangle other targets. If this reduces a target a to 0 hit points, the target dies of old age and the weeping angel gains temporary hit points equal to the target’s number of hit dice.
Time Stop (Recharge 6). The weeping angel briefly stops the flow of time for everyone but itself. No time passes for other creatures, while it takes 2 turns in a row, during which it can use actions and move as normal and other creatures cannot perceive it.
