Antimagic Susceptibility. The foreskin is incapacitated while in the area of an antimagic field. If targeted by dispel magic, the foreskin must succeed on a Constitution saving throw against the caster's spell save DC or fall unconscious for 1 minute.
Damage Transfer. While it is grappling a creature, the foreskin takes only half the damage dealt to it, and the creature grappled by the foreskin takes the other half.
False Appearance. While the foreskin remains motionless, it is indistinguishable from the surrounding environment.
Smother. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one Medium or smaller creature. Hit: The creature is grappled (escape DC 13). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, blinded, and at risk of suffocating, and the foreskin can't smother another target. In addition, at the start of each of the target's turns, the target takes 10 (2d6 + 3) bludgeoning damage. If used while the foreskin is Large or bigger, the move has a DC of 25, and does 5d6+4 bludgeoning damage. The foreskin can grapple a number of creatures equal to 1+2(the amount of size categories after Medium), and these creatures are restrained, blinded, deafened. Each turn the creature remains smothered, they must also make a Strength or Dexterity saving throw of DC 19 or take 2d4 damage from suffocation.
Enlarge. The Foreskin of El Jeffo becomes one size category larger. Strength and Constitution are both raised by 2, while Dexterity falls by 1. 100 hit points are added to its maximum hit points per size category.
