Immortality. The Wendigo cannot be killed by normal means because it is constantly healing even through fatal wounds, each round the Wendigo regains 9 (1d12 + 3) hp at the start of it's turn even if its "dead".
Rend (Recharge 5-6). If the Wendigo lands a bite attack it can choose to try and tear off a limb, The victim must succeed a DC 14 Strength check or take an extra 16 (2d12 + 4) slashing damage and take 3 (1d6) bleeding damage on consecutive turns, until it takes an action to heal the wound or an ally does. The wendigo eats the limb and regains hit points equal to the creatures constitution score.
Multiattack. The Wendigo makes a bite and then a claw attack on its turn.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 10 (1d12 + 4) piercing damage. When the Wendigo damage a living creature with its bite it regains hit points equal to half the damage dealt, this does not apply to rend damage.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 10 ft., 1 target. Hit: 14 (2d10 + 3) slashing damage plus 3 (1d6) cold damage.
