Traits
Shapechanger. The were-crow can use its action to polymorph into a crow, or back into its true form, which is humanoid. Its statistics, other than its movement speed, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.
Keen Eye. The were-crow has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that require sight.

Claws (Crow Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: (2d4 + 2) slashing damage.
Peck (Crow Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: (2d4+2) Piercing damage. If the target is a tiny humanoid, fey, or bird it must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or be cursed with were-crow lycanthropy.

Description

A were-crow is an unhinged scavenger that can appear as a tiny humanoid, or as a crow. While usually a pack monster, it is not uncommon for such creatures to form symbiotic bonds with larger creatures in exchange for food and nick-nacks.
