Time-born. Balam always knows what time it is, no matter where he is.
Temporal Awareness. While not wearing armor, Balam adds his Intelligence modifier to his armor class.
Special Equipment. Balam has and is attuned to a staff of shattered reality, a periapt of health, and Luxon's Bracers.
Spellcasting. Balam is an 11th-level spellcaster. His spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 16, +8 to hit with spell attacks). Balam has following Wizard spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): sapping sting, toll of the dead, minor illusion, mage hand, gust
1st level (4 slots): absorb elements, catapult, magnify gravity
2nd level (3 slots): hold person, immovable object, scorching ray
3rd level (3 slots): pulse wave, counterspell, sending
4th level (3 slots): blight, polymorph, sickening radiance
5th level (2 slots): enervation, steel wind strike, temporal shunt
6th level (1 slot): disintegrate
Time's Rot. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 5) necrotic damage.
Arcane Abeyance (5/day). A large or smaller creature within 60 feet must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or be incapacitated and have a speed of 0 until the end of Balam's next turn, or until it takes damage.
Chronal Shift (2/day). When you or a creature you can see within 30 feet of you makes an attack roll, an ability check, or saving throw, you can force the creature to reroll. You make this decision after you see whether the roll succeeds or fails. The target must use the second roll.
Description
Balam "Dread" Gorzich, now going by the title of the "Dread Scourger" executioner of all traitors to the Empire. Balam serves King Dwendal to root out the conspirators of the nation that wish to overthrow Crown. He works for The Volstucker and assassinates and executes persons suspected of treason, as well as spies from the Kryn Dynasty.
