Traits

Fire Aura. At the start of each of the volcaninc worm's turns, each creature whithin 5 feet of it takes 10(3d6) fire damage, and flamabble objects in the aura that aren't being worn or carried ignite. A creature that touches the volcanic worm  or hits it with a melee attack while within 5 feets take 10(3d6) fire damage

Tunneler. The worm can burrow through solid rockat half of its burrow speed and leaves a 10 ft. diameter tunnel in its wake

Actions

Multiple Attacks. The worm carries out two attacks: one with its bite and one with its stinger.

Bite. Melee Attack with Weapon: +14 to hit, reach  10 ft., one target. Hit: 22 (3d8 + 9) piercing damage. If the target is a Large or smaller creature, it must pass a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw or be swallowed by the worm. A swallowed creature will be blind and hindered, it will have full coverage against attacks and other effects from outside the worm and suffer 21 (6d6) acid damage at the start of each worm's turn.                     If the worm takes 30 damage or more in a single turn from a swallowed creature, the worm must pass a DC 21 Constitution saving throw at the end of that turn or regurgitate all swallowed creatures, which will fall in a space up to 3 meters from the worm. If the worm dies, a swallowed creature will no longer be impeded by it and will be able to escape the body using 6 meters of movement, being dropped when leaving.

Tail stinger. Melee Attack with Weapon: +14 to hit, reach 10 ft., one creature. Hit: 19 (3d6 + 9) piercing damage and the target must make a DC 19 Constitution saving throw, suffering 42 (12d6) poison damage if it fails resistance, or half that damage if successful.

Fire Breath (Recharge 5–6). The dragon exhales fire in a 60 foot cone. Each creature in the area must make a DC 21 Dexterity saving throw, taking 63 (16d6) fire damage on a fail, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Reactions

Volcanic eruption. If the  volcanic worm take more than 45 damage until it is his turn again, the pores on its back part explode in a volcanic eruption as if he had used the spell: incendiary cloud

Description

Eruption cause                                                                                                                    Excavating inside volcanoes, the volcano worms can generat a lava fluxe, causing eruptions. Most time, they are burrowed inside the mountain, but sometimes, they go to the surface creating a volcano.

Lair Actions

On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), the [volcano worm] takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; the [volcano worm] can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:

  • Flaming rock. The worm throw flaming rock, as if he had used the spell: fireball, as a 3rd level spell
  • Volcanic gases form a cloud over an area of ​​20 foot in radius, centered on a point the volcano worm can see within120 ft. of it. A sphere spreads out around corners and an area of ​​it is of lightly obscured. It lasts until initiative count 20 in the following sequence. Each creature that initiates its curve in the cloud must be well recovered in the DC 13 Constitution save or poisoned capture by the end of its curve. As long as it is poisoned in this way, a creature is incapacitated.
