Blinding Presence. Any creature that starts its turn within 60 feet of Visterral and can see him must make a DC 22 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature becomes Blinded for 1 minute.
Innate Spellcasting. Visterral has innate access to the spells Flame Strike and Hellish Rebuke (both of 5th level) and can cast these spells at will, requiring no material components. His spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 24, spellcasting modifier is +16).
Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Visterral fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead.
Magic Resistance. Visterral has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Multiattack. Visterral makes two attacks: one with his Reaping Halberd and one with his Branding Sling.
Reaping Halberd. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 15 ft., three targets. Hit: 25 (4d8 + 7) slashing damage plus 11 (2d10) necrotic damage. On a hit, the target(s) must succeed on a DC 22 Strength Saving throw or be knocked back 20 feet.
Branding Sling. Ranged Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, range 60/240 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) bludgeoning damage. Hit or miss, Flame Strike is also cast, centered on the target.
Flame Strike. Visterral casts Flame Strike.
Conform Ignition. Visterral contorts and twists the magic around him. Any non-evocation spell of 6th level or lower that is currently affecting any creature or object within 60 feet of Visterral is dispelled. Any creature affected by magic that is dispelled from this effect must make a DC 24 Dexterity Saving throw or take 6d4 fire damage or half as much on a Succesful save.
Hellish Rebuke (5th level)*: Visterral points his finger, and the creature that damaged him is momentarily surrounded by hellish flames. The creature must make a DC 24 Dexterity saving throw. It takes 6d10 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Visterral can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Visterral regains spent legendary actions at the start of his turn.
Sling. Visterral uses his Branding Sling, but without the Flame Strike effect.
A Plight of Sore Eyes (Costs 2 actions). Any Blinded within 60 feet of Visterral must make a DC 20 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creatures takes 3d6 Radiant damage and 2d10 Fire damage or half as much on a successful save. Visterral regains health equal to half the damage taken.
Flame Strike (Costs 2 actions). Visterral casts Flame Strike.
Ignite Magic (Costs 3 Actions). Visterral uses Conform Ignition.
Description
Visterral is a demon lord of Shadollis, a world without a sun, for he is the one who removed it. His pale white skin illuminates the ground he walks. Some scholars of other worlds may have been unfortunate enough to come across his name, as once they learn of it, the curse of Visterral is already inflicted onto them. As a leech, the curse begins taxing off their life, not enough to be noticeable, but still enough to make the rest of what they have left, a bit more miserable.
