Earth Glide. The abhorred cambion can traverse through nonmagical, unworked earth and stone. While doing so, the seer doesn’t disturb the material it moves through.
Fiendish Blessing. The AC of the abhorred cambion includes its Intelligence bonus.
Innate Spellcasting. The abhorred cambion’s spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 14). The abhorred cambion can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
3/day each: eldritch blast, arms of hadar, dissonant whispers
1/day: plane shift (self only)
Multiattack. The abhorred cambion makes two melee attacks or uses its Fire Ray or Psychedelic Orb twice.
Spear. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d6 + 4) piercing damage, or 8 (1d8 + 4) piercing damage if used with two hands to make a melee attack, plus 3 (1d6) fire damage.
Fire Ray. Ranged Spell Attack: +7 to hit, range 120 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (3d6) fire damage.
Luring Charm. One humanoid the abhorred cambion can see within 30 feet of it must succeed on a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw or be magically charmed for 1 day. The charmed target obeys the abhorred cambion’s spoken commands. If the target suffers any harm from the abhorred cambion or another creature or receives a suicidal command from the abhorred cambion, the target can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a target’s saving throw is successful, or if the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the abhorred cambion’s Luring Charm for the next 24 hours.
Psychedelic Orb. The seer hurls a glimmering orb at one creature it can see within 120 of it. The target must succeed on a DC 19 Wisdom saving throw or take 27 (5d10) psychic damage and suffer a random condition until the start of the seer’s next turn. Roll a d6 for the condition: (1–2) blinded, (3–4) frightened, or (5–6) stunned.
Fuse Damage. When the abhorred cambion is hit by an attack, it takes only half of the triggering damage. The first time the seer hits with a melee attack on its next turn, the target takes an extra 1d4 radiant damage.
Description
A cambion studied eldritch magic and became transformed into a otherworldly being that is neither angelic nor demonic. Legs are replaced with tentacles, arms covered in alien eyes, and devilish face turned into a head with pumice-holed black eyes. An abhorred cambion serves an eldritch deity that is beyond comprehension of any world.
