Innate Spellcasting (3/Day). Loviatar can innately cast divine word (spell save DC 22). Her spell casting ability is Intelligence.
Legendary Resistance (5/Day). If Loviatar fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead.
Limited Magic Immunity. Unless she wishes to be affected, Loviatar is immune to spells of 6th level or lower. She has advantage on saving throws against all other spells and magical effects.
Magic Weapons. Loviatar's weapon attacks are magical.
Regeneration. If Loviatar has at least 1 hit point, she regains 30 hit points at the start of her turn.
Multiattack. Loviatar can make three attacks with her whip.
Loviatar's Whip. Melee Weapon Attack: +19 to hit, reach 30 ft., 1 target. Hit: 25 (6d4 + 10) piercing damage. On each hit, the target must make a DC 23 Constitution saving throw. On a fail, the target is bleeding and takes an additional 3d6 damage. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of its turn.
Loviatar can take 5 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Loviatar regains spent legendary actions at the start of her turn.
Attack. Loviatar makes one attack with her whip.
Move. Loviatar moves up to half her speed.
Wing Attack (Costs 2 Actions). Loviatar beats her wings. Each creature within 15 feet of Loviatar must succeed on a DC 24 Dexterity saving throw or take (5d6 + 8) bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone. Loviatar can then fly up to half her flying speed.
