Electropulse Blast(Recharge 5–6). The Warmonger spins in place in a 20-­-foot area. Each creature in that area must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw, taking 34 (8d8) lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Description

A Warmonger is a huge lizard-like creature, with a large skull helm covering its head, and continuing to flow down the rest of it's back, sharp spikes on every part.
