Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 5) slashing damage.
Electropulse Blast(Recharge 5–6). The Warmonger spins in place in a 20--foot area. Each creature in that area must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw, taking 34 (8d8) lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Description
A Warmonger is a huge lizard-like creature, with a large skull helm covering its head, and continuing to flow down the rest of it's back, sharp spikes on every part.

Posted Apr 5, 2020Very good monster, fun abilities, and well balances. Had a good challenge rating and was a challenge with some additional monsters to make a fun and on edge battle.
