Blood Monster´s lair can be every place with a lot of corpses.
Lair Actions
On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), the Blood Monster takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; the Blood Monster can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:
- It recuperates 20 hit points absorbing the blood of the corpses in the lair .
- It loses 30 hit points and invocates 2 zombies. They are under the control of the blood monster, and when they die it recuperates 15 hit points.
Regional Effects
The region containing a legendary Blood Monster’s lair is putrefact by his presence, which creates one or more of the following effects:
- All humanoids that die within 15 feet of the blood monster are absorbed by it, making it impossible to resuscitate them by magical methods that do not provide a new body.
- A rotten smell apears within 50 feet of the Blood monster´s lair..
If the Blood monster dies, these effects fade over immediately.
