Legendary Resistance (3/Day): If Charlie fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead.

Shadow Sight. Magical darkness doesn't impede Charlie's Darkvision.

Shadow Stealth. While in dim light or darkness, Charlie can take the Hide action as a bonus action.

Sunlight Sensitivity. While in sunlight, Charlie has disadvantage on attack rolls, as well as on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.

Actions

Multiattack. Charlie makes three Shadowy Hand attacks, and she can use her Shadow Step once anywhere in between.

Shadowy Hand. Melee Weapon Attack: +19 to hit, one target that Charlie can see. Hit: 73 (15d8 + 6) damage. This counts as both Psychic and Necrotic.

Conjure Shadows. Charlie summons 1d6 Crawling Horrors and 1d4 Terrorbeaks. (see link in comments)

Shadow Step. Charlie chooses a shadow or area of darkness that see can see, which transports her along a coiling path of shadows to another dim or dark location.

Reactions

Shadow Step. Charlie uses her Shadow Step, causing an attack directed at her to miss.

Legendary Actions

Charlie can take 3 Legendary Actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time, and only at the end of another creature's turn. Spent legendary Actions are regained at the start of each turn.

Cantrip. Charlie casts a cantrip.

Shadow Step (Costs 2 Actions). Charlie uses her Shadow Step.

Conjure Shadows (Costs 3 Actions). Charlie uses her Conjure Shadows.

Description

During the dead of night, one may hear a loud whooshing sound, followed by attack. This is Charlie, the queen of the shadows. Charlie is an incredibly dangerous enemy, easily breaking the Imprisonment spell with just a touch.
