Anastasia Nikolaevna Romanova (Caster)

Parameters. Strength E, Endurance E, Agility C, Mana A, Luck D, NP C.

Contract with Samovilas. Thanks to the contract that Anastasia has of her own with a demon known as Viy, she barely needs magical energy from her master in order stay active, allowing new strategies and it puts less strain on the master to fuel her abilities

Mana A. Anastasia is capable of performing spells at A rank level, with territory creation and through the use of a Noble Phantasm her Mana rank can eventually reach A+++.

Territory Creation EX. Like most casters, Anastasia has to ability to create a domain to perform magical rituals or a base where her power is simply greater. To create a lair she must spend 8 hours to create one, however through the use of Noble Phantasm she can cut the time by half. The longer her lair stays active the stronger she gets, if her lair stays active for longer than 2 days all of her stats go up by 2 when she is inside it but when she is outside of it her stats only go up by 1. If her lair exists for longer than 5 days the bonus of being in her lair is +4 while being outside of it +2.

Shvibzik B. Anastasia was known for her mischievous personality and her contract with Viy turned that characteristic into a skill. She can cause what are essentially minor inconveniences such as someone tripping on a crack or pulling an item that belongs to someone else to her hand. A very strange ability however it never be powerful enough to kill anyone. 

Glacial Charisma B. While in life she was never known for her leadership or commanding tone, her contract with Viy somehow changes her presence that strikes fear into mortals. Anastasia and her master have an additional 15 hit points and enemies within 30ft of her have disadvantage on their attacks. Also all cold damage spells have their damage increased by an 2 dice based on the die type.

Mystic Eyes of Clairvoyance D. A powerful magical ability owned by Viy given to her through their contract. As bonus action she can use her Mystic eyes to see resistances, weaknesses and immunties. Targets with a Magic Resistance of D or higher is unaffected by this skill. With her lair at max strength and with the help of a Noble phantasm this skills rank can reach A+.

Viy Viy VIy: Galloping Stare of the All-seeing Ghastly Eyeballs. An EX rank Noble Phantasm. Targeting an enemy with the full might Viy's Mystic Eyes she causes an enemy to become vulnerable to one type of damage type or a specific ability for an hour.

Sumerki Kremlin: Afterglow, Abominable Fortress of Blood. An A+ rank Noble Phantasm. Anastasia recreates a famous fortress that once existed in Russia. Within this extremely tough Fortress she gains a stat increase of +2 and a hit point increase of 35. This Noble Phantasm can serve as her lair for her Territory Creation Skill, this fortress reduces her lair creation time to 4 hours and gives her Mystic Eyes a Passive buff increasing their rank to B- and with Territory Creation active her Mystic Eyes become A+. When this Fortress appears Anastasia can choose who can leave and who can enter. Any buffs that this NP gives wears off when she leaves the fortress. This Noble Phantasm is vulnerable to Anti Fortress Noble Phantasms.

Spellcasting. Anastasia is a 20-level spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 21, +11 to hit with spell attacks). Anastasia has following Caster spells prepared:

Cantrips (at will): Ray of Frost, Minor Illusion, Frost Bite, Dancing Lights, Chill touch.

1st level (At will): Absorb Elements, Ice Knife, Chromatic Orb (only cold damage), Fog Cloud.

2nd level (At will): Snilloc's Snowball Storm, Gust of Wind, Misty Step.

3rd level (4 slots): Glyph of Warding (only cold damage), Major Image, Nondection, Sleet Storm.

4th level (4 slots): Ice Storm, Fire Shield, Blight.

5th level (4 slots): Cone of Cold, Conjure Elemental (water and air only), Dream.

6th level (4 slots): Freeing Sphere, investiture of Ice, Wall of Ice, Guards and Wards.

7th level (3 slots): Prismatic Spray (Forced to cold damage), power word pain.

8th level (3 slots): illusory dragon (only cold damage).

9th level (2 slots): Prismatic Wall (all cold damage), Storm of Venagnce

Even though Anastasia is a servant her contract with Viy allows her to maintain her form indefinitely.  

Action. Cast spell. Anastasia will cast a spell.

Action Viy Viy VIy. Anastasia uses her Anti-Unit Noble Phantasm on a target. 

Bonus action. Mystic Eyes of Clairvoyance D-A+. Anastasia use her Mystic Eyes.

Ice burst. Upon taking damage Anastasia can release a gust of sub zero wind within 10ft of her dealing 3d10 Cold damage or Half on a successful constitution save.

Anastasia has 3 legendary actions to use at the end of a creature turn.

Anastasia has 3 legendary resistances, she cannot use them against command spells or abilities that affect demons.
