Description
The Void Dragon is made of the Abyss, with white dots as it's eyes all throughout its body. It's wings are made of slick black tentacles, and its skin feels like water being suspended. It is completely see-through.

Initiative count 15, always wins initiative ties.
Abyss Rain: Abyss falls from the sky, all targets must make a dc 16 dex save, or take 13 (1d6+9) force damage, and be knocked prone for 1 round.
Blighted Clouds: the air becomes thick and dense, everyone must make a dc 16 con save, or be poisoned. all visibility is cut down to 1/2.
Flooding Waves: the water level rises up by 2ft, and it is difficult terrain. At 4ft, it is extra difficult terrain. at +6ft, it takes swim speed, and cannot be seen through. all players take disadvantage to attack and ability checks while swimming in it.
