Shapechanger. The werewolf can use its action to polymorph into a wolf-humanoid hybrid or into a wolf, or back into its true form, which is humanoid. Its statistics, other than its AC, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.

Keen Hearing and Smell. The werewolf has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.

Pack Tactics. Baba Lupia has advantage on attack rolls against a creature if at least one friendly to her wolf or dire wolf is within 5 feet of the creature and isn't incapacitated.

Spellcasting. Baba Lupia is a 6th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 15, +7 to hit with spell attacks). Baba Lupia - priest of Malar - has the following cleric spells prepared:

Cantrips (at will): light, sacred flame, thaumaturgy

1st level (4 slots): cure wounds, guiding bolt, bane, shield of faith

Actions

Spear +1 (Humanoid Form Only). Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one creature. Hit: 7 (1d6 + 3) piercing damage, or 6 (1d8 + 3) piercing damage if used with two hands to make a melee attack.

She is lusty creature and may try lure a playercharacter into a sexual activity durring which she transforms into a werewolf and attacks.

Great Hunter of Baldur's Gate has offered a reward of 1000 Golden Dragons for whomever brings her dead or alive in spite of a serie of brutal murders commited by her within the city walls.

Baba Lupia is wearing Black Dragon's Hide armor which grants her +2 AC bonus in human and hybrid form as well as resistance to acid and advantage on saving throws against acid.

A werewolf is a savage predator that can appear as a humanoid, as a wolf, or in a terrifying hybrid form—a furred and well-muscled humanoid body topped by a ravening wolf’s head.

Lair and Lair Actions

She dwells in abandoned hut in the midlle of The Wood of Sharp Teeth inviting travellers for a bloody dinner or traking theme in a night.

Whil in lair or in area of The Wood of Sharp Teeth once a day at will she can summon a pack of one direwolf and 5 wolfs to defend her from her opponents. The pack enters battle next round.
