Posted Jun 11, 2025I was going to make a joke about oozes, constructs, aberrations, elementals, and plants being safe, but then I realized the intention was that it can reap any creature with a life force/soul. Still extremely overpowered, especially given that this is supposedly CR 1/8 and just some random criminal, but I think I understand the idea (instant kill in order to either pose an unstoppable threat that must be eliminated by means other than combat or to send the party to the afterlife). Aside from the obvious balancing others have mentioned, I would change the alignment to any non-good. I feel bad about the amount of hate you are receiving, given that you presumably made this either as a new dm or an extremely exhausted one with a party of absolutely terrible players.
