Description
An Axehound is a dog that only consumes weapons, items and tools that match their head shape.
Axe-Hounds are VERY picky and only eat objects that look like their own head. For example an Axe hound with a head shaped like a Blacksmith Hammer would only eat that type of hammer and would be unwilling to eat something similar like a ball-peen hammer.
Because of their strange eating habits Axe-hounds are seen as pests by workmen who are sometimes tormented by packs of Axe-hounds that eat their tools in the dead of night.
Axehound's are created by spell-casters in strange rituals. This could be done for a multitude of reasons such as preventing woodsman cutting down a sacred forest or preventing miners from getting a valuable gem.
