Randomly drops small rocks from its body, Roll 2d6 at the start of Uragaan's turn to see how many rocks are dropped (no more then 20 rocks are laid at a time). These Rocks are little explosives that can be triggered through the following: Upon Hitting them they detonate they can also be detonated when Uragaan does a shockwave attack. Rocks deal 8 (2d6 + 4)
Multiattack. Uragaan makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its tail. While flying, it can use its claws in place of one other attack.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one creature. Hit: 20 (3d8 + 10) piercing damage.
Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (2d10 +5) slashing damage.
Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one creature. Hit: 20 (2d12 + 8) piercing damage. The target must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking 24 (7d6) Fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Shockwave. Melee/Range frontal Attack: +10 to hit, reach 40 ft cone., multi-creatures. Hit 20 (3d8 + 10) The target must make a DC 16 Dex saving throw. On a fail they take full damage and are knocked prone, on a save they take half damage and are not prone.
Legendary Actions: 3/round. Actions reset at the start of Uragaan's turn.
Shake: Uragaan shakes and emits small jets of vapor underneath its body preemptively, and then releases a plume around itself that afflicts the player. Dex save of 16, on a fail anyone within 20 ft around is effected with one of the following; fireblight or sleep vapor. (1d6 Must roll 5-6 to recharge on the round, can re roll at the end of its turn following the last attempt)
Roar: Uragaan can immediately slam it's jaw down, 20 Ft radius around the head. Hit. 28 (4d8 + 10) A crushing slam from the Uragaan's jaw can send shockwaves across the ground, detonating any explosive rocks in the area. Chreatures are stunned if you're near the head by 30 ft but didn't get hit by it, leaving you vulnerable to other attacks.
Rolling, Uragaan may crush one of its Balls beneath it to coat itself in flames, adn do a rolling attack forward 50 ft, Dex 17 save throw or take 37 (4d10 + 8) Damage and 10 (2d8) Fire Damge. This will also cause nearby Balls to explode if Uragaan comes near them. (Recharge 1d6roll 5-6)
