Posted Aug 4, 2018Great design overall. The ability to add 16d8 to a single attack seems like an oversight, though. Recommend limiting this to 1 point per attack, increasing by 1 at 5th, 9th, 13th, and 17th levels.

Posted Aug 5, 2018Thanks! For the Elemental surge it was based off of the mechanics for my homebrew class the Elementalist, which limits points used to half of your level. So it would max out at 3d8 on an attack, which I knew about but forgot to add to the feature! I will fix that with all 4 I have as monster stat blocks.
