Fire Resistance. The Phoenix is born with a natural fire resistance.
Innate Spellcasting. The Phoenix’s spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 18). The Phoenix can innately cast the following spells, requiring no components:

Talons. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) slashing damage.
Fireball. Ranged Weapon Attack: +20 to hit, range 30 ft., two targets. Hit: 15 (2d20 + 8) burning damage.
Burning Talons. Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (1d20 + 5) burning and slashing damage.
Blazing Hide. Melee Weapon Attack: +20 to hit, reach 1 ft., five targets. Hit: 15 (2d20 + 5) burning damage.
Flaming Multiattack. The Phoenix makes three attacks two with it’s talons and one with fireball.
If the Phoenix is reduced to 50 or lower hit points it can use burning hide and flaming mutiattack at the same time even when it isn’t it’s turn, (once a round).
Legendary Resistance (3/day). If the Phoenix fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Immortality. Every 500 years the Phoenix burns itself to ashes and is reborn as a egg. It still can remember every thing from it’s old life, though.
Description
A Phoenix is a noble creature that speaks its own language and understands and speaks speech in the Common tongue. A mated pair of Phoenixes have typically one egg, (or, on special occasions, twins)!
Lair and Lair Actions
A Phoenix’s lair is typically a small valley near water.Typically a Phoenix has a cave to retreat to in the valley. The valley is surrounded by hills and mountains and has lots of trees and grass. A Phoenix encountered in it’s lair has a challenge rating of 21 (33,000 XP).
Lair actions
-The Phoenix can choose to make all evidence of itself invisible.
-The sky erupts into flames and every hostile creature in a one mile radius of the Phoenix takes 1d12 Fire damage, (All the plants survive though)
-A gigantic fiery and leafy shield sprouts from the ground protecting the valley for 12 hours
The Phoenix can’t repeat an effect until they have all been used, and it can’t use the same effect twice in a row.
Regional Effects
A region containing a Phoenix’s lair is warped by it’s magical presence, witch creates one or more of the following effects:
-Every unaligned creature within three miles of the lair is automatically neutral, good
-Thick vines and flowers grow around the middle of the lair were the Phoenix can be found
-The fruit and nuts grow healthier and faster in the lair
