How is the player ever going to look this creature? Is the Charm once ever during her entire existence, once per day, once per character?
What is the third attack from the multiattack legendary action supposed to be used on? Does she have an additional ability to quickly change between bow and sword?
Why would one character charmed prevent ALL characters from attacking her?
The line about immunity to charm is silly, if a creature is immune to charm it is immune to charm. If a creature is immune to non-magical charm, then this ability would work.
