Artisan Body. Exatos has Resistance against poison, and rolls on advantage against poison-related attacks and saving throws.
Spellcasting. Exatos is a 5th-level spellcaster. His spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 13, +6 to hit with spell attacks). He requires no somatic or material components to cast his spells. Exatos has the following wizard spells prepared:

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 6 (1d4 + 4) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a Medium or smaller creature, it must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Exatos can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Exatos regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Description
The indomitable Exatos stalks his prey mile after mile, driven by a lust for revenge thousand years in the making. The empire he cultivated is long gone, and its only living remnant apart from himself is the deviant Warforged Ebon. Exatos believes Ebon holds the soul of the arch-traitor Lanus, who caused his empire to fall.
