Voided Fear. Each creature that starts their turn that is 60ft within Azrelene must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened. While frightened from this trait, the creature's eyes will be filled with void and will take 3d6 of necrotic damage on each failed saving throw. The creature must take their action to roll the save again. Once that creature succeeds, they will not be affected by this trait again until after the encounter. The creature must make direct eye contact towards the Black Angel for this to work.

Description
One of the first demon lord that started off as a mortal, an aasimar of all humanoids. Due to the long exposure of one of the darkest layers of the abyss, Azrelene developed a way to see in the dark as if it were daylight. Her hands now long sharp claws, eyes filled with void and black spikes sprouted from her head that almost resembles a crown. Her body once the size an average human, now rivals the height of other demon lords. And thanks to her angelic blood, she has eight wings on her back and two rings orbiting around her. The rings has eyes, similar to hers that can gaze at others' souls.
Azrelene is a great pretender and prankster when she was an aasimar, though her "pranks" can lead up to the victim's death for her enjoyment. She was dubbed as the New Mother because of her constant need to kidnap nuns that pray to gods of light and transform them into black angels, which she would refer them to as her children. She would share the minds of all of her children as they share theirs to her, allowing her to learn in different places at once as they have the ability to leave abyss from the magic given by Azrelene even though she can not use such spells as she is locked in the abyss. Despite this, knowing that her children are out there in the material plane bringing more victims in and torturing them always put a smile on her face, and a smile that hasn't been cracked for years.
Not So Holy Blood. Before becoming a demon lord, she was an Aasimar having a Fallen Solar for a father and a succubus for a mother. Despite the mixture of fiend and angel blood, she is still divine in someway and still share a few powers from her father while having the mannerism and desires from her mother.
A Sinned Prayer. During her Aasimar days, she took advantage of her holy blood to blend in with other angelic entities or mortals that pray the gods. She would even go far into wearing their dark vestments and quickly took a liking to the clothing. While disguised, she would taunt churches and holy buildings by any means possible.
Sadistic Enjoyment. Azrelene is a sadist, which is one of reasons why she hurts and breaks down her victims. For entertainment she would torture poor nuns she would capture with methods too graphic to be told. Thus the long and painful birth of black angels begun.
Tiefling Nemesis. Everyone has someone they hate, including Azrelene. A certain tiefling nun was able to foil her plans, humiliate her and overpower her lesser form countless of times. This grew a burning hatred towards this tiefling to this day even beyond her death. Even mentioning the name "Marian" will wipe that some call permanent smug off of Azrelene's face.
