Aura of Hate. While Vlad III isn't incapacitated, he and all allies within 30 feet of him deal 4 extra damage whenever they hit with a melee weapon attack (already factored into Vlad III's attacks). This extra damage is of the same type as the weapon's damage type.
Legend of Dracula. Vlad III regains 10 hit points at the start of his turn if he has at least 1 hit point left.
Legendary Resistance (3/day) If Vlad III fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead.
The Impaler. Whenever Vlad III hits an enemy with a spear, he deals an additional 7 (2d6) piercing damage to the target. Additionally, his weapon attacks made with a spear score a critical hit on a 19 or 20.
Ruthless. Vlad III has advantage on Charisma(Intimidation) checks.
Son of the Dragon(1/day). As an action, Vlad III can impose disadvantage on all enemies' attacks and saving throws that are within 30 ft of him until the end of his next turn.
Multiattack. Vlad III makes two attacks with his spear.
Spear. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 12 (1d6 + 9) piercing damage.
Spear. RangedWeapon Attack: +10 to hit, range 20/60 ft., 1 target. Hit: 8 (1d6 + 5) piercing damage.
Move. Vlad III moves up to his speed without provoking opportunity attacks.
Weapon Attack. Vlad III makes a weapon attack.
Command Ally. Vlad III targets one ally he can see within 30 ft of him. If the target can see and hear him, the target can make one weapon attack as a reaction and has advantage on the attack roll.
Frighten Foe(Costs 2 actions). Vlad III targets one enemy he can see within 30 ft of him. If the target can see and hear him, the target must succeed a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened until the end of Vlad III's next turn.
