Shapechanger. The Werecrocodile can use its action to polymorph into a crocodile-hybrid or into a crocodile, or back into its true form, which is humanoid. Its statistics, other than its size, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.

Death roll (hybrid for crocodile form only). The Werecrocodile has advantage on strength  checks to grapple a enemy and when in water if it has grappled a enemy as a reaction is can choose to move half its moment speed bringing the creature with it
