Otherworldly Gaze. When a creature that can see Bellflower’s eyes starts its turn within 5 feet of Bellflower, Bellflower can force it to make a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw if Bellflower isn’t incapacitated and can see the creature. A creature that fails the save is considered confused, and Bellflower learns its greatest fear. A creature that fails the save may repeat the save at the end of each of its turns. On a successful save, the creature is immune to Otherworldly Gaze for 24 hours.
Shapechanger. Bellflower can use his action to polymorph into a Small, Medium, or Large creature of his choice. If this form is a creature’s greatest fear, and that creature can see Bellflower, that creature must make a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened of Bellflower until he changes form. The creature may not repeat this saving throw.
Multiattack. Bellflower makes two attacks: one with his tongue, and one with his claws.
Horrid Tongue. Ranged Attack: +4 to hit, range 15 ft., 1 target. Hit: 15 (2d10+4) acid damage.
Clown Claws. Melee Attack: +4 to hit, range 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 8 (1d12+2) slashing damage.
