Fey Ancestry. Adrien has advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can’t put it to sleep.
Spellcasting. Adrien is a 11th-level spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 16, +6 to hit with spell attacks). It regains its expended spell slots when it finishes a short or long rest. It knows the following warlock spells:
Cantrips (at will): chill touch (2d8 damage), eldritch blast (3 beams, +4 bonus to each damage roll), minor illusion, prestidigitation
1st−5th level (3 5th-level slots): armor of Agathys, blight, darkness, enervation, far step, fear, hypnotic pattern, invisibility, mage armor, major image, vampiric touch
Multiattack. Adrien makes two spear attacks and casts one spell that takes 1 action.
Spear. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 4) piercing damage, or 14 (2d8 + 4) piercing damage if used with two hands. Also inflicts 14 (4d6) necrotic damage extra.
Necrotic Shroud Magic Spear Action:
Soul Reaver. Melee Weapon Stem. Once per revolution of the planet, Adrien can choose to send the soul of her target to another plane of existence. This attack deals an extra 165 (40d6+3) necrotic damage on impact. The soul of the target must be retrieved and cannot be directly recovered, even if Adrien is killed.
Actions. Adrien has two legendary actions.
Attack. Adrien makes one spear attack.
Momentum. Adrien moves up to her speed.
Misty Teleport (Requires 2 Actions). Once per day, Adrien can teleport to a location on the world where she has been before, and she must be able to mentally imagine the place she wants to travel.. She can not use it while engaging in combat. She turns into a cloud of black smoke, becoming invisible, and magically disappears.
Lair and Lair Actions
The Thorn Rose Lair. This lair has two legendary actions. The Poisoned condition occurs every turn besides the turn that Smokescreen occurs. Smokescreen occurs once per 3 rounds of combat.
Poisoned. Poison arrows fly out from every direction. Everyone who is hit with an arrow takes 4 (1d6) piercing damage and has to make a DC 16 Constitution Saving Throw or take 11 (3d6) poison damage become poisoned for 1 hour.
Smokescreen. The area of the lair becomes heavily obscured.
