The Argath is a large bird with foot long claws that are disproportionate to their size. They often terrorize travelers that pass through thick forests. They live in caves in the middle of thick forests, or on high eyries near forests. Argath live for up to 200 years, and are often not seen. they are pretty good at swimming, which is surprising for the fact that they are birds. their feathers are jet black, and they have bright green eyes. they can see in the dark, and live in the center of dark. they are rather difficult to tame, but some natives have managed. they speak common and bird
