Walter is a Mage who has been draining wild magic from gifted children to boost his own power - if his orb of power is destroyed he loses all spells of 4th level and above - his max hp also reduces by 30.

The orb is what gives Walter his power, it has an AC of 15 and 12hp - if destroyed before or during the battle Walter’s power decreases
