Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Abaddas fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead.
Magic Resistance. Abaddas has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Reflective Aura. Any time Abaddas is targeted by a magic missile spell, a line spell, or a spell that requires a ranged attack roll, roll a d6. On a 1 to 5, Abaddas is unaffected. On a 6, Abaddas is unaffected, and the effect is reflected back at the caster as though it originated from Abaddas, turning the caster into the target.
Multiattack. Abaddas can use his Frightful Presence. He then makes five attacks: one with his Whip, two with his Sword, one with his wing, and one with both wings. It can use Dimensional Lock instead of his Whip.
Divine Whip. Melee Weapon Attack: +19 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 36 (4d12 + 10) piercing damage. If the target is a creature, it is grappled (escape DC 20). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and Abaddas can't whip another target.
Sword Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +19 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit: 28 (4d8 + 10) slashing damage.
Wing Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +19 to hit, reach 10ft., one target. Hit: 32 (4d10 + 10) slashing damage.
Twinned Wing Strikes. Melee Weapon Attack: +19 to hit, reach 20ft., one target. Hit: 24 (4d6 + 10) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 20 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Angelic Presence. Each creature of Abaddas' choice within 120 feet of him and aware of him must succeed on a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, with disadvantage if Abaddas is within line of sight, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the Abaddas' Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.
Abaddas can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Abaddas regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Attack. Abaddas makes one Sword attack or Wing attack.
Move. Abaddas moves up to half his speed.
Dimensional Warp (Costs 2 Actions). Abaddas teleports to any unoccupied space he can see.
total partykill
Final boss for evil campaign?
yeah
why would it use its legendary actions
it would use other actions instead surly
Just realized A Badd as
wow. A modded tarrasque.
how do you write hit die scores, i am working on a final boss and i would like to know
I am quite surprised he isn't resistant to anything. I know he's a final boss, but all CR 15 or more should have at least 1 damage type they are vulnerable to, because unless you are a sadistic DM, you don't really want a monster that just ruins the entire game because it is so powerful.
I am by no means skilled, but I personally think he, at his current stats, is not a fair monster to put in a campaign, but you can ignore me if you want.
As a reply to Purrcivil< Hit die scores are provided in a drop-down box next to HP modifiers below reactions and stuff, though I actually don't know what they do so can anyone help me with that?
