Traits

Sandstorm.  Wherever he goes, a sandstorm seems to follow, buffeting structures and reducing most things to nothing, some even say you can hear the trapped souls twirling in with the sand. The sandstorm deals 1d10 points of damage for every round something exists in it. If you are killed by the sandstorm you are reduced to sand and become a part of it.  This sandstorm is 300 ft from all directions of the beast. Upon death the sandstorm lasts for 3 days before dying out. He can control to a point who he allows into the sandstorm after years of training it.

Anyone who makes bare skin contact with him must make a con saving throw of 17+ or take 3d10 necrotic damage and half as much on a successful save.

Regeneration. The sand makes his body so he regenerates it easily. He regenerates 3d10+10 hp a turn.

Sand form. He is made of sand so he cannot be proned as he is rooted to the ground, blinded as you are in his sandstorm and he can feel you move. He cannot be incapacitated as his body is an ever moving pile of sand, He cannot be grappled, poisoned or paralyzed as it would require a solid form with innards to do any of them. He cannot be restrained or stunned because he is an ever moving mass of sand.
The moment he goes unconscious from damage he turns into a pile of sand and disappears.

Actions

Description

An old human man who has his skin cracking and crumbling only to be replaced every so often, he wears the clothes of a beggar, and has a bandage over his eyes, his hands seem to be worn from years of work and he has a gaping hole in his back.

In the world of Lod (Homebrew), He is the Last king of the extinct human race "Josie Durath the prophet king". Blinded by his own greed the Demon Lord who fell the land and caused the extinction of many races saw the irony in blinding a once prophetic king who used his important power for his own self gain.

Josei has no memory of his past life. The demon lord gave him the power he holds now and with every loved one he touched and turned to dust the larger his sandstorm grew. Josei has stopped speaking and thinking but maybe a certain artifact may bring him back to his senses and allow a group of people to speak with him. Or maybe he is lost and will never be whole again. Who knows?
