Poisonous touch. Any melee attack made against her deals 1d10 poison damage to the attacker. Any melee damage she does deals an extra 1d10+5 poison damage.
Lustful aura. Radiating within a radius of 500 ft of her is a strange alluring aroma in the air. If you start your turn in it you must make a con saving throw of 19+ or be forced to attack the closest person to you (the effect ends after this turn) (must be made every turn). If you succeed you can attack her. If you succeed and make any type of attack against her, roll a wisdom save of 16+ first or you are stunned until your next turn and don't attack her.
Nature's chosen. Wherever she walks plants grow within a 1 mile radius of her. They wither and die after the radius. Any animal within a 100ft radius of her becomes a friend of hers even if they are a pet or domesticated one.
Photosynthesis. While fighting during the day she regenerates 30hp a turn and has a damage reduction of 20 points. At night the regeneration goes down to 5 points a turn and there is 5 damage reduction.

Description
A green Human woman with plant like clothing that seems to have roots that follow her. When entering combat she summons a gargantuan plant like beast to her side. Look at Plant golem.
In my homebrew game the land of Lod, she was a human noble of the last kingdom before the extinction of the humans. She was known as Lili Roseguard and was known as a crude business woman who did not care how her businesses polluted nature, or killed people and plants. If she could simply save a small portion of gold by cutting down a village or forest she would. She especially hated orcs. The Demon lord of the Extinction event of Lod decided it would be best to capture her and turn her into the beast she is now, one that protects and saves nature and a nice good willed person at that. She has no memories of her past.
A dm could use her as a ruler of a druidic or barbarian tribe or maybe as a forest dwelling potion seller or a guardian of a forest.
