The Peoples Emperor. For each Desert Emperor Warrior alive within 120ft, Azul gains +2 to his AC.
Summon 'Desert Emperor Warrior'. Azul, the Desert Emperor, summons his faithful Desert Emperor Warriors. Roll [roll]1d10[/roll] and summon that many Warriors, in any location within 60ft of Azul.

Desert Storm (Requires 10 'Desert Emperor Warrior' SANDPILES). Azul, the Desert Emperor, summons a sandstorm, using the SANDPILES of his fallen Desert Emperor Warriors, in a 60ft cylinder around Azul. A creature must make a Dexterity saving throw (17). On a failed save enemies take [roll]10d8[/roll] bludgeoning damage, half damage on a successful save. For the next 2 rounds enemies cannot see further than 20ft, cannot hear anything further than 20ft, and movement is reduced by 10ft.
An Emperors Desperation (1/day, requires 0 'Desert Emperor Warrior' within 120ft). Azul, the Desert Emperor, relies on his Desert Emperor Warriors, so when he has none left he grows desperate. Roll [roll]1d20[/roll] and SUMMON DESERT EMPEROR WARRIOR equal to the number rolled. All Warriors immediately attack an enemy within range. Any Warriors summoned around Azul push enemies away from Azul by 20ft if they are within 10ft, if they are within 5ft they are pushed back 10ft and are knocked prone. They cannot be moved this turn or next. Azul cannot move, use SUMMON DESERT EMPEROR WARRIOR, or use an action for 2 turns after using this action. All he can do is POSITION THE TROOPS on the Warriors not surrounding himself.
Azul has access to 2 legendary actions.
Protect the Emperor (Requires at least 5 'Desert Emperor Warrior' alive). 5 Desert Emperor Warriors are immediately moved surrounding Azul, the Desert Emperor, pushing all enemies within 10ft away from Azul by 20ft. If a creature is 5ft from Azul, the creature is pushed only 10ft but is knocked prone. Any extra Warriors either remain where they are, or are positioned in front of Azul as extra frontline defense.
Rise of the Fallen (Requires 10 'Desert Emperor Warrior' sand piles). Azul, the Desert Emperor, uses the SANDPILES of his fallen Desert Emperor Warriors to protect himself, coating himself in a Golden Sand armor. For the next round, Azul has his AC increased by +10. This uses the sandpiles the Warriors left.
Description
The Desert Emperor Azul, adorned in golden armor and purple ribbons and textiles, sits atop of a large sandstone throne commanding his Desert Warriors.
He summons his Desert Warriors to defend him and his throne, with the knowledge they will lay their life for him. As they are how he mainly attacks, he tries to make sure he is surrounded by many of his warriors, using them for big attacks and defense, and using any who have fallen to aid him.
Lair and Lair Actions

Any creature that becomes within range of the Warrior is immediately attacked, stopping the Warrior from moving further. The Warriors can only be moved in a straight line.
