Brute. A melee weapon deals an extra die of damage when the Battlerager hits with it (included in the attack).
Reckless. The Battlerager can choose to gain advantage on all meele attack rolls during it's turn, but attack rolls against it have advantage until the start of it's next turn.
Rage. As a bonus action, the Battlerager can choose to start raging, while raging the battlerager gains the following benifits, which last for 1 minute, or until the Battlerager is knocked unconscious: • It gains resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage. • It gains +2 to damage rolls with any weapon that uses strength.
Unarmored Defence. The Battlerager's AC includes it's constitution modifier.
Martial Advantage. Once per turn, the Battlerager can deal an extra 10 (3d6) damage to a creature it hits with a weapon attack if that creature is within 5 feet of an ally of the Battlerager that isn't incapacitated.
Multiattack. The Battlerager makes two greataxe attacks.
Greataxe. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 17 (2d12 + 4) slashing damage.
Javelin. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft, or range 30/120 ft., 1 target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) piercing damage.
Description
A Battlerager is a hobgoblin trained to use a greataxe to achieve devastating effects, they are usually found seperate from the other hobgoblin ranks, and are sometimes found leading orc tribes. They are not just worshipers, but zealots of Maglubiyut, and believe that he will accept them only if they can gain might equal to his own.
