Innate Spellcasting. The Ship Captain's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma. It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components: at will: Gust, 1/day: Gust of Wind
Storm’s Boon. NPCs with the Mark of Storm gain resistance to lightning damage.
Multiattack. The captain makes two melee or ranged attacks.
Rapier. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 E., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 3) piercing damage.
Light Crossbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, range 80/320 E., one target. Hit: 5 (1d8 + 3) piercing damage.
Parry. The captain adds 2 to its AC against one melee attack that would hit it. To do so, the captain must see the attacker and be wielding a melee weapon.
