Arbalest

Eagle Eye. The arbalest adds a +5 bonus to its ranged attack rolls (included in the attack) and perception checks. 

Sniper's Mark. When the arbalest hits a creature with a heavy crossbow attack, it deals an additional 1d10 damage on subsequent heavy crossbow attacks against the same target until it takes any action other than a heavy crossbow attack. 

Bandages. The arbalest restores 1d6 + 1 hit points to a creature it touches. Once a creature benefits from this action, it may not regain hit points in this way again until it finishes a short rest. 

Bola. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, thrown 15/30 ft., 1 target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 1) bludgeoning damage. On a hit, the target must make a DC 13 Strength saving throw, becoming restrained by the bola until it repeats the saving throw as an action on a failed save. 

Greatclub. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 1) bludgeoning damage. 

Heavy Crossbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, range 100/400 ft., 1 target. Hit: 9 (1d10 + 3) piercing damage. 

Warning Flare (3/Day). When a creature hits the arbalest with an attack, the arbalest may fire a bright flaming bolt into the air. The bolt can be seen clearly by creatures up to 1 mile away. The flare burns for 1d4 + 1 rounds, creating bright light in a 120 ft. circle around the arbalest; any creatures within this area have disadvantage on stealth checks while the flare burns.
