Fungal Communication. The drone can communicate silently with other servants of Zuggtmoy through telepathic spores.
Distress Spores. When the Drone takes damage, all other servants of Zuggtmoy within 240 feet of it can feel its pain.
Sun Sickness. While in sunlight, the Drone has disadvantage on ability checks, attack rolls, and saving throws. The avatar dies if it spends more than 1 hour in direct sunlight.
Multiattack. The Overseer makes two attacks.
Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target.
Hit: 8 (1d8 + 3) bludgeoning damage.
Entangling Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target.
Hit: 8 (1d8 + 3) piercing damage plus 2 (1d4) poison damage. If the target is a large or smaller creature, it must succeed in a DC 12 Strength saving throw or be grappled. Until the grapple ends, either by succeeding a DC 12 Strength saving throw on the start of the players turn or disrupted by another player, the Overseer can only bite the grappled player and has an advantage on attacks to do so.
Description
A lumbering mass of soft bracket fungi. Translucent bulbs dot what appears to be a head with a hidden mouth full of sharp teeth and stingers. The overseer watches over the drones, ensuring their safety as they labor for Zuggtmoy.
Unlike the other servants of Zuggtmoy with no vision, overseers have limited sight, able to detect movement.
