Mouth generator. If the Alsharualfum receives a cut/gash, fanged mouth will grow where the cut/gash was. This does not work with burning, or any damage type that does not create a concentrated surface wound.
Darkvision. The Alsharualfum can see dim light like it is bright light, and darkness like it is dim light within a 50ft radius. While using darkvision, they can't see colours.
Multiattack The Alsharualfum makes two bite attacks
Bite Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 6 ft., up to 3 targets. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 1) [acid] damage.
Crossbow RangedWeapon Attack: +2 to hit, range 80/320 ft., 1 target. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 2) [piercing] damage.

Description
The Alsharualfum wonder in in small groups, constantly looking for new flesh to feast on.
Unnatural Healing
If an Alsharualfum gets cut, or struck with a sword, their power grows, and a mouth forms where the wound was. Once added, these mouths will become part of the body, and not disappear later. This skill has tricked many into coming to close, striking the wound, only to be devoured by the new mouth.
Group hunters
They travel around in groups of up to five. Once this group exhausts or kills everything in the area they were staying in, they will move on. Despite always being hungry, the groups remain loyal to the others members to the very end.
Dark deals
The Alsharualfum weren't always insane. The original Alsharualfum were part of a normal village, until a jealous lady made a deal with a devil to make her love rival be consumed with hate and a hunger for what she can't have. The devil cursed the whole village, turning the love rival into a Alsharualfum, but everyone else to. The lady who made the deal, Alsharualfum, shouted and cursed the devil but before she could finish, the devil grew bored and cursed her too. The devil left, and that was how the first Alsharualfum came into being.
