Inanimate Object. The Autoloading Crossbow Platform cannot move or act of its own volition. A sentient creature is required to operate it.
Rotate. The Autoloading Crossbow Platform may be rotated up to 360 degrees counterclockwise per turn.
Break. Every time the Autoloading Crossbow Platform loses 10 hit points, one of its crossbows breaks. A broken crossbow no longer functions.
Multiattack. The Autoloading Crossbow Platform makes two ranged attacks as long as at least two of its crossbows are still functioning. If only one crossbow is functioning, it makes only one attack.
Heavy Crossbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, range 50/200 ft., 1 target. Hit: 5 (1d10) piercing damage.
Description
Bolted to the floor is a rotating platform equipped with four heavy crossbows that reload automatically. Each crossbow comes with twenty bolts. Mounted above the crossbows at a height of 6 feet is a chair equipped with pedals that cause the entire contraption to spin counterclockwise, and with levers that reload and fire the crossbows. Every time it loses 10 hit points, one of its crossbows breaks. A creature sitting in the chair can use an action to rotate the device up to 360 degrees counterclockwise and fire up to two of its crossbows in any direction.
